About our Shop:

Items Marked as Used: All merchandise marked as Used are quality second hand instruments. These instruments are prone to be scratched and dinged, but of sound playing quality unless otherwise indicated. We do our best to provide accurate desciptions of all merchandise. If there is a product flaw missed in our product descriptions that we discover during inspection pior to shipping, you will be contacted and made aware of the issue before we ship. Billing would be adjusted accordingly. Our Used Items are sold in "As-Is" Condition.

Items Marked as New: All Merchandise marked new is new and may be warrantied by its respective manufacturer.

Payment Options:

PayPal: Upon checking out you will be given you the option to pay via PayPal. This is the quickest way for us to process your order.
Personal Checks: Checks must clear first before item is shipped, this will take approximately 5 business days from receipt of the check. Please provide your Name, Address, E-mail address, and phone number with payment. We do not take checks for local appointments.
Money Order: Money Orders must also clear first before item is shipped, this will take approximately 5 business days from receipt of the Money Order. Please provide your Name, Address, E-mail address, and phone number with payment. We do not take Money Orders for Local Appointments.
Cash: For Local Appointments only. PA Sales Tax Applies.

Shipping, Returns, and Order Processing:

All Shipping charges are the responsibility of the buyer. Shipping Charges will be added to your order per item when you are checking out. Cost is based on the weight of your cart. It is currently set to $1 per posted pound (ex. 10lb = $10). If you are purchasing multiple items in one order, we will do our best to combine the shipping on your order. This saves our customers money! We currently ship within the continental United States via UPS, USPS, or Fed Ex with Insurance and Delivery or Signature Confirmation. USPS is typically our default carrier.

International Shipping:

International Shipping is approved on a case by case basis. Communication with us is the key. Shipping, Insurance and Customs are the Responsibility of the Buyer and typically runs double the weight of your cart. It is currently set to $1 per posted pound (ex. 10lb = $20 USD).

***Orders placed on a Tuesday, typically ship that Thursday. Orders placed Thursday, typically ship on the following Tuesday***

***We will provide you with Tracking Information after your Order is Shipped***

Out of Stock:

You will be notified if there will be a delay on the item you ordered, and when it will be available. You will also be notified when order is ready to be shipped.

Taxes:

PA Residents and all in shop sales pay 6% sales tax.

Returns:

You may return merchandise in it\'s original condition within 14 days of receiving your order, providing you receive a written Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) from us. If no RMA number is requested within 14 days of receiving your order, the sale will be considered FINAL. SRGuitars.com DOES NOT refund shipping charges. The Customer is liable for all shipping costs.There is no Re-Stocking Fee. If your RMA is approved, you will be refunded 100% of the merchandise, excluding shipping.

RMA Request Info Needed : Name, Address, Order Number, Reason for your return, Email address, and a Phone Number where we may contact you. Pack the package securely and contact the following e-mail address for return shipping information.
